Xanadu Productions will donate back to the league $5.00 for each package purchased and paid in full up to and including picture day.  If your league has 600 possible participants the league could realize a donation of $3,000.00.

What to Expect on Picture Day                                                                           

Xanadu will be on the site decided upon well in advance of appointment times.  Typically we will bring a staff of ten and their duties will include;

• 2 staff will man our administration tent, collecting payments and handling any special requests and giving out general information.

• 2 staff will be organizing the teams and giving instructions in our staging area.

• 2 photographers will be taking images of each team.

• 4 photographers will be taking individual posing pictures.

If all participants are on time and prepared we can complete a team of 25 players and coaches both team and individual pictures in 10 to 15 minutes.  Since we are not doing one team and individuals at a time but concurrently, we can budget seven teams an hour.  If the average team has less than 25 the time will be less.

Some of the things that set us apart from the competition;

1. Our action pictures are truly action pictures, we have personnel at the games taking pictures of the participants during actual action.

1. Xanadu has a staff of fifteen that includes six photographers, three editors, one software specialists, and five administrative staff.

1. All of our work is done on premises, we do not send anything out.

1. We provide a hardback book filled with action shots for any client who wishes to purchase.

1. We provide “collages” for individuals who wish to purchase.

1. We offer multiple fundraising opportunities for leagues to raise funds.

      g)   We offer facilities free of charge for league meetings and other functions.  With     facilities over 1,000 square feet of open meeting space it is truly a multi-use facility that can seat over 100 in a presentation style format.

h)   For our customers we can provide a booklet outlining ways of becoming more             profitable with your concession sales.  

i)    We can offer the league multiple marketing possibilities to sell in their concession stands like league logo’d cup that can be sold for an initial amount then offer free refills          when using that cup, etc.

Fundraising

Xanadu offers many fundraising opportunities that are available to our clients.  Not only do we provide a structure and an “off the shelf” program, we also provide sales incentives for your participants to motivate them to increase sales.  As part of each package Xanadu Productions provides prizes for 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, and consolation prizes.  Typically the first place prize will have a retail value of between$200.00 and $300.00 with the value declining with 2^nd, 3^rd, etc.

A sample of our programs (there are more);

• Xanadu donates back to the league $5.00 for each package purchased by picture day.  A 600 participant league would receive $3,000.00 if each participant purchased.

• Xanadu produces the piece that would have two offers, one on each side, with savings totaling over $100.00.  Xanadu sells the package to the league for $2.00 and the league sells for $10.00.  If the league has 600 participants and sell five each, the league would raise $24,000.00

• Xanadu produces the raffle tickets and the participants sell them.  The raffle would be a free sitting for either a portrait, fashion, or glamour shot with a value of $395.00.  Xanadu sells the package for $2.00 for each ticket and the league can sell each ticket for $10.00.  If each participant sells five each the possible revenue for the league would be $24,000.00.
• Xanadu produces a coupon for a free car wash (your league participant supply materials and labor for the car wash) Xanadu provides the location (typically a fast food location) along with a coupon at the participating establishment.  Xanadu sells for $1.00 and league can sell for $5.00.

• League night at a participating food establishment.  For a number of hours in the evening a percentage of sales, typically a popular food item, will be donated to the league.

If the league took advantage of just the top three of these programs (there are more) they could see a benefit of adding $51,000 to their treasury.

Xanadu Productions has been in business in the Tucson area for almost ten years.  The owner, Wyatt Hironimus, originally created the company as the artistic arm of one of his other companies, Wyco Fast Foods, LLC the parent company of Yokohama Rice Bowl, to take their food shots and produce their Television commercials.  Five years ago Wyatt formed a non-profit company dedicated to teaching teens and young adults about leadership.  The vehicle used by the non-profit to convey their message was to produce DVD’s and books with interviews and vignettes utilizing the company’s expertise in both video and photography.

Over the years several groups, people, and organizations have requested the services of Xanadu for various projects and in 2007 Xanadu officially began marketing their services to the public as a full service photography studio.  Over those years Xanadu has added staff and space and now has fifteen employees occupying over 2,000 square feet of studio and production space.

Over the past year Mr. Hironimus has focused the company in a direction close to his heart, sports photography.  As an athlete growing up in southern California and competing at the collegiate level he wished a service like this was available while he was playing.  The mission of Xanadu is stated in our slogan “We don’t take pictures, we capture memories”.  Our desire is not to take pictures but to create quality images that reside prominently hanging on your wall not sitting in a drawer.

Xanadu Productions guarantees their work and if we cannot satisfy our customer their money will be refunded.  This kind of service and quality has helped Xanadu Productions grow from just a local Tucson studio to one that has clients all over Arizona and southern California.  At Xanadu we don’t want to be just your photographer but a partner.  In that regard Xanadu offers several plans for our customers regarding fundraising.  We also can provide a manual outlining how to become more profitable in your concession stand.

Our photographers are trained to become “invisible” to our customers and not to intrude on the parents and participants experience.  Xanadu strives to stay ahead of our competition in regards to cutting edge technology and services.  While there may be several companies in Tucson that can produce t-shirts, mugs, photo buttons, etc. and many companies and individuals who can take pictures we don’t know of any company or anyone who does all of these services in house, with the exception of Xanadu Productions.  We create and produce all of these services “in house” with an experienced and reliable staff.
